Florian Wirtz To Liverpool.
Florian Wirtz’s deal from Leverkusen can be said to be a done deal, as the 22-year-old attacking midfielder was revealed as a new Liverpool player earlier today. Liverpool signed the German midfielder for an amount of €150 million plus add-ons included.
The attacking midfielder played a total of 197 games for Bayer Leverkusen, netting a total of 57 goals and providing 65 assists.
Rafael Leao to Bayern
Bayern Munich has also initiated talks with Portuguese winger Rafael Leão over a potential move for him to join the Bavarians in the German Bundesliga. Bayern, who initially opted for Nico Williams, has turned to sign Rafael Leão, as the 22-year-old Spanish winger has made it clear he wants to join Football Club Barcelona.
Bayern Munich, per reports, is currently not advancing on negotiations with Rafael Leao and is waiting to see if the deal of Nico William moving to Barcelona is done.
Thomas Partey
The extension of Ghanaian international Thomas Partey’s contract with Arsenal is yet to proceed. It is anticipated that the 32-year-old defensive midfielder’s contract will expire this month. According to rumors, salary is the main reason why the negotiations have not progressed, and Partey is probably going to leave the team as a free agent.
Only if the midfield player leaves as a free agent, top Saudi Arabian clubs will be interested in signing him.
