EARLYFEST 2025: Igniting the spark of talent and creativity in every child

This November, Accra becomes the heartbeat of a movement that’s set to transform how we see education, talent, and childhood potential.
EARLYFEST 2025, an inspiring initiative by the TERIA Foundation and partners, is not just an event—it’s a bold celebration of the limitless gifts hidden in every child.
From November 21st to 22nd, the Efua Sutherland Children’s Park will be transformed into a vibrant playground of ideas, arts, learning, and culture, bringing together young learners, educators, creatives, and thought leaders from across Africa and the Diaspora.
Under the powerful theme “Discovering Gifts and Talents at Early Years,” this year’s festival promises to ignite new conversations, celebrate unsung heroes of early education, and give children a stage to shine like never before.
EARLYFEST isn’t just about watching the future unfold—it’s about helping shape it.
The event will officially be launched by the Ghana Tourism Authority and will feature a remarkable lineup of guest speakers.
These include professionals from the arts and music industries, career counsellors, and talent mentoring coaches—all of whom will share insights and experiences centered on the event’s theme.
EARLYFEST is set to bring together learners and educators from all regions of Ghana, as well as participants from across Africa and the Diaspora.
This gathering of minds and cultures will create an enriching environment where early childhood education is celebrated as a foundation for lifelong success.
One of the most anticipated moments will be the Africa Early Childhood Education Awards, which will recognize and honor dedicated foundation builders from Sierra Leone, Kenya, and Rwanda for their outstanding contributions to early education on the continent.
The excitement doesn’t end there. The festival will also feature a unique fashion experience known as Early Fashion, where selected schools will grace the runway alongside fashion designers in a display of youthful creativity and design.
Adding to the vibrant atmosphere, the Early Tour will offer participants the opportunity to hop aboard the Accra city tour bus directly from the event grounds.
The tour will include visits to key historical and cultural landmarks such as the James Town Lighthouse, the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum, and the Nationalism Park before returning to the festival venue.
EARLYFEST will also host the Early Cooking challenge, where learners from various schools will showcase their culinary talents in a friendly competition, guided by adult mentors to help bring out their best.
Physical activity and sportsmanship will take center stage during the Earlympics—featuring exciting competitions in football, table tennis, arm wrestling, and more.
These games are designed to promote teamwork, confidence, and healthy living among young participants.
The festival wouldn’t be complete without a celebration of the arts. The Early Arts showcase will offer schools a platform to exhibit and compete with their most creative artistic works, from visual arts to live performances, culminating in the selection of winners whose talents truly shine.
EARLYFEST 2025 is more than an event—it is a bold movement to recognize, nurture, and celebrate the gifts that children carry from their earliest years.
Join us in Accra this November for two unforgettable days of learning, expression, and empowerment. Let’s build the future together, one talent at a time.
