Another Gang Leader from Nima-Mamobi Clash Apprehended

About 14 suspects have been captured thus far in regard to the Nima violent clash earlier in the year.
The police have taken several steps and engaged in number of operations to apprehend suspects behind the incident in Nima.
There was a fierce conflict between two youth gangs in Mamobi and Nima. The violent clash, after some investigations and questioning, has been associated with a longstanding dispute between two gangs; Bombom and Kumordzi.
The leader of the Kumordzi gang, Ibrahim Hussein, was arrested on February 4, 2022 after a covert operation per statement released by the Ghana Police Service.
The gang leader of the Bombom group, Ali Awudi, has also been apprehended per statement released by the Ghana Police Service on Sunday February 20,2022.
